These Terms & Conditions apply to all motorcycle tours, holidays and related services booked with MCADENTURES.UK ("MCADVENTURES.UK", "we", "us" or "our").
By completing a booking with MCADENTURES.UK and paying the required deposit or full payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Where applicable, our tours may constitute a package holiday or package travel arrangement and will be subject to the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, as amended from time to time.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any legal rights you may have that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
To make a booking, you must complete and submit the MCADENTURES.UK booking form.
Following receipt of your booking request, we will issue an invoice confirming the tour price, deposit required, balance payment date and payment instructions.
Your place on the tour is only secured once the required deposit has been received and your booking has been confirmed by MCADENTURES.UK.
By making a booking, the person completing the booking confirms that they are authorised to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all persons included in the booking.
All information supplied at the time of booking must be accurate and complete.
MCADENTURES.UK reserves the right to decline a booking where a tour is fully booked or where we reasonably believe that a particular tour may not be suitable for the proposed participant.
A deposit is required to secure your place on the tour.
The amount of the deposit will be confirmed on your booking invoice.
Deposit payments must be received by the date specified on the invoice. Until the deposit has been received, MCADENTURES.UK cannot guarantee your place on the tour.
